We are seeking applicants for the following positions:

Sales Support & Order Processing Administrator

To work closely with the sales team and to be responsible for all aspects associated with the sales order fulfilment procedure.  A methodical approach to administration coupled with good personal organisation skills is essential.  Some previous experience of working in an IT sales environment would be an advantage. The principal software used for this role is Sage 50 Accounts Professional and Microsoft Office.   The successful candidate would need to have a confident personality with excellent communication skills as the job involves good client and supplier contact by telephone, in writing and in person.

Sales Account Manager/Sales Executive

Responsible for the generation of new business sales of IT systems and support services into the medium sized corporate environment. The candidate should be personable, articulate, numerate and be able to communicate easily at all levels. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a successful sales career in the reseller market place.

Junior Technical Support Consultant

Responsible for the systems integration and technical support of IT installations incorporating a wide range of connectivity solutions.  The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work without supervision. The use of initiative in problem solving is essential. A minimum of two years’ experience in an IT Technical Support role is required. Industry based training and qualifications would be an advantage e.g. CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA or higher.

Senior Technical Support Consultant

Responsible for the systems integration and technical support of IT installations incorporating a wide range of connectivity solutions.  The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work without supervision. The use of initiative in problem solving is essential. A minimum of five years’ experience in an IT Technical Support role is required.

Experience of HP Wintel Servers and storage along with good skills in VMware and/or Hyper V are essential. Industry based training and qualifications would be an advantage e.g. MCSE or equivalent.
