The 'Premium Support' Contract
The Premium Support Contract is our most popular support package. Clients pre-purchase a block of IT support time. This pool of discounted time can be used flexibly depending on their IT requirements and the level of IT skill required. For example telephone or on-site support, consultancy, office moves, audits, preventative maintenance visits, holiday cover etc.
Our Premium Support Contract is designed to be flexible and easy to use. Similar to a ‘voucher’ type system, IT resource has a point value which is equivalent to the skill level required. Clients can choose the skill required for a particular project.
Customers benefit from the flexibility and because they are pre-purchasing they also enjoy a discount on our standard rates. In addition as contracted clients they are given priority via a service level agreement.
