On-Site Systems Maintenance

With a large portfolio of hardware contracts, Pentos provides maintenance services to the majority of its client base. Locations supported are spread across mainland England and Wales.

We are able to offer a contract to suit most requirements, from the industry standard 4-Hour Call-Out/4-Hour Fix and 8-Hour Call-Out/ 8-Hour Fix, through to a round the clock, 365 days per year arrangement. Included within our standard contract is the provision of loan systems if required.

We hold significant quantities of spare parts together with an inventory of loan systems, including server, laptop and desktop machines.

Independent, yet trained to manufacturers' highest standards, we provide comprehensive maintenance support for our clients' systems.
