The Pentos Service Desk is available to Hardware Maintenance and Premium Support Contract customers, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 for registering any hardware and software problems.

  • Resolution of all technical requests at a national level
  • Provides an organisation with a single point of contact for all service and support requests
  • Hosted at either Pentos or a client's site

With businesses ever more reliant on their IT systems, the need to provide fast and accurate monitoring and management of key systems is critical.

Pentos has offered a Remote Monitoring and Management service for many years. Based around industry leading products such as HP Systems Insight Manager and Microsoft's Systems Management Server, this service has been an effective way to manage remote sites, or sites with no IT presence.

Administrators must have the necessary tools to build an effective server management solution; tools that improve manageability and increase availability for servers that may be half a mile away or halfway around the world.
